By accessing or using the LectureGate platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all institutions, administrators, lecturers, and students.

2. Institutional Responsibility

Institutions are responsible for the accuracy of the data uploaded to the platform and for ensuring that all users comply with academic integrity policies.

3. License and Access

LectureGate grants institutions a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform in accordance with their subscription or enterprise agreement.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Users are prohibited from attempting to circumvent security measures, including proxy attendance scanning or unauthorized access to academic records.

5. Limitation of Liability

EduPro Technologies provides the platform "as is" and shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the system.
